How long does a shoot take?+

Depending on property size, 1 to 3 hours. A standard apartment under 1,000 sq ft takes about 1.5 hours.

When will I receive my photos?+

All packages include delivery within 24 hours of the shoot. AI upgrades may add up to 12 hours of processing.

What file formats are included?+

High-resolution JPG (MLS-ready) + RAW on request. Video in MP4 at 1080p and 4K. Delivered via a secure download link.

Does the property need preparation?+

We recommend decluttering and turning on all lights. We'll send a prep checklist the day before your shoot.

Do you shoot commercial properties?+

Yes — offices, retail, warehouses, new developments. Contact us for a custom quote.

Can I add AI upgrades to existing photos?+

Yes. AI upgrades can be ordered for any photos, even those not taken by us. Just mention it in your booking.
